‘Overtaken by Muslims and Indians’: Ex-Trump ally flags

Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has alleged a “serious H-1B visa fraud” in North Texas, sharing a video on social media that claims unusually large numbers of visa approvals in the region. Greene amplified allegations made by an influencer, though no independent confirmation has emerged so far.

In her post, Greene said a single immigration attorney in North Texas was responsible for clearing as many as 700,000 H-1B visa applicants in 2025. The influencer named a Dallas-based lawyer and claimed the approvals rose sharply from around 400,000 in 2024 to nearly 700,000 the following year.

The influencer further alleged that many applicants were linked to fake or shell companies, often described as tech firms but operating from single-family homes in residential neighbourhoods. It was also claimed that such entities were based in cities like Frisco and continued to receive government funding despite their residential setups.

Greene echoed the claims while reiterating her opposition to the H-1B visa programme, saying Republicans should pass her bill to eliminate it if they were serious about stopping alleged abuse. She has consistently argued for ending the programme under her “America first” stance.

Earlier this month, Greene introduced HR 6937 in the US House of Representatives, proposing amendments to the Immigration and Nationality Act to remove the H-1B visa category entirely. The bill has been referred to multiple committees, even as reports note there is no confirmation from US authorities or media supporting the fraud allegations.
