Madhyamik examinees injured in road accident on way to exam centre in Malda

A tragic road accident occurred on Tuesday morning during the ongoing Madhyamik examinations in Malda district, leaving two Class 10 examinees seriously injured. The incident took place in the Khayartala area under Manikchak police station, raising concerns over whether the students will be able to continue with their examinations.

The injured students have been identified as Rajesh Khan and Rashid Khan, both students of Nurpur High School. They were travelling on a motorcycle to appear for their Geography examination at Mathurapur BSS High School when the vehicle lost control in Khayartala and crashed into the rear of a truck parked along the roadside.

The collision was severe, resulting in serious injuries to both students. The accident cast a shadow over the examination day, leaving uncertainty around the academic future of the injured examinees amid the crucial board examinations.
