ED raid at gold trader Swapan Ghosh’s house in Siliguri, central forces deployed amid morning search

A sudden search operation by the Enforcement Directorate created tension in Siliguri on Monday morning after officials raided the residence of gold trader Swapan Ghosh in the Athulprasad Sarani area. The house belongs to Ghosh, who is also the head of Ward No. 15 and a resident of the Dudhmoh area. Central forces were deployed outside the residence from early morning as investigators began the search operation inside the premises.
