During the meeting, Manoj Agarwal reviewed preparations related to the scheme and instructed officials to ensure smooth and timely execution of all administrative processes. He reportedly made it clear that any form of negligence, delay or administrative lapses connected to the implementation of the scheme would not be tolerated under the new administration.
