CM Suvendu Adhikari clarifies G+5 audit applies only to high-rise buildings, not residential houses

Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari clarified that the proposed audit of G+5 buildings in Kolkata will apply only to high-rise structures and not to ordinary residential houses. Addressing concerns over the proposed exercise, he stated that the audit is intended to assess designated high-rise buildings and does not cover standalone residential properties. The Chief Minister said there is no need for homeowners of regular residential buildings to be concerned, as the inspection process is specifically limited to G+5 and taller high-rise structures in accordance with the government's planned audit exercise.
