Woman brutally tortured and raped at Joka hotel, FIR reveals years of abuse

A young woman fell severely ill after being subjected to overnight sexual assault and torture at a hotel in the Joka area. The victim filed a formal complaint at the Metiaburuj police station with the support of her family members after escaping the scene the following morning. Because the accused is a resident of Brahmapur under the Bansdroni jurisdiction, the Metiaburuj police registered a Zero FIR and subsequently transferred the case to the Bansdroni police station for a detailed investigation.

According to the police complaint, the victim first met the accused young man on a social media platform seven years ago. Their initial online friendship grew closer over the years, leading the accused to take the woman on trips outside the city starting in 2021. The victim alleged that the man repeatedly raped her during these trips and secretly recorded obscene photographs and videos to systematically blackmail her whenever she tried to protest against his advances.

The situation escalated recently when the accused took the woman to a hotel room, where he allegedly consumed alcohol and physically abused her throughout the entire night. The victim stated that she was forcefully driven out onto the hotel room balcony without clothes while in a state of panic. The Bansdroni police station authorities have officially initiated a criminal probe against the accused youth based on the transferred case documents and are actively tracking the matter.
