A massive fire breaks out in a multi-storey building near Quest Mall in Kolkata's Park Circus area. After getting the information, three fire tenders reached the spot. The fire has been brought under control after about an hour's effort.
On Saturday afternoon, local people informed the fire department after suddenly seeing flames coming out of a multi-storey building located on Samsool Huda Road, Park Circus. After this, three fire tenders reached the spot and started the work of extinguishing the fire.
The people who were in the building were first evacuated safely after which the fire was brought under control by pouring water from all sides. It is not clear at the moment what caused the fire.
