The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will now conduct a combined preliminary test for various services of a similar nature from the 69th combined examination onwards, BPSC chairman Atul Prasad told reporters here on Sunday.
"It has been decided to conduct a common PT of various competitive exams including civil services, CDPOs, APPs etc. Candidates will indicate their options for various services, but would have to take only one preparatory test. The 69th combined preparatory round test will be held on September 30 this year," he said.
However, the merit list will be prepared separately for each service and their results will also be published separately.
Prasad said that the decision to remove option 'E' in PT will be taken after taking the opinion of the stakeholders.
