On the day of presenting the budget in West Bengal, a fake MLA was caught in the assembly. He was arrested and handed over to Hare Street Police Station. According to police sources, he revealed his identity as Gajanan Sharma. He was caught in the lobby of the Vidhansabha. There is a lot of commotion in the Vidhansabha on the day of the presentation of the budget. Just before the start of the budget session, a person tried to enter inside by introducing himself as an MLA.
The security guard wanted to see his identity card and he could not show it. That's why he was thrown out. He was later arrested by the police of Hare Street police station. According to sources, on Wednesday morning when everyone was gathering to present the budget, the accused entered from gate number 2 and went to the lobby. During the investigation, the security guards caught him.
According to the information received, once on asking the name, he said – Gajanan Verma. Then he said that his name is Gajanan Banerjee. In the end, the security personnel asked him to show his identity card, but he could not show it. After this, the marshal was informed. The person has been arrested and handed over to Hare Street Police Station. Police have started questioning him about his motive.
