18 students from Manipur who had been studying in Kolkata but were unable to return home due to the ongoing unrest, have finally been able to return to Manipur with the help of the state government.
The students had been staying indoors due to the sound of bombs exploding, causing them to feel anxious and panicked. They reported that the government of Manipur had assisted them in getting enough food.
Despite their ordeal, the students expressed their desire to return to Kolkata after completing their studies in Manipur.
Upon their arrival, the state government provided vehicles to help transport the students to their various destinations.
