Nitesh Pandey, a celebrated Indian actor known for his performances in both films and television shows, has tragically passed away at the age of 51. He suffered a fatal heart attack while staying at a hotel in Igatpuri, Maharashtra. The hotel staff disclosed that Nitesh had recently ordered food, and the police are investigating whether there were any unusual substances in the meal. While his brother-in-law, producer Siddharth Nagar, confirmed the news of Nitesh's passing, he emphasized that the family had no prior knowledge of any heart disease in the late actor. Siddharth Nagar described the family's state as "totally numb" and expressed his inability to communicate with Nitesh's sister, Arpita Pandey, in the wake of this tragedy.
Siddharth, who was on his way back from Delhi, received the news and is now en route to Igatpuri. He described Nitesh as a dynamic individual with a younger spirit. Colleagues and friends of the actor, including actor Deven Bhojani, took to social media to mourn his demise. Nitesh Pandey began his acting career in theater in 1990 and later appeared in numerous television shows such as "Manzilein Apani Apani," "Astitva…Ek Prem Kahani," "Saaya," "Justajoo," and "Durgesh Nandini." He also made notable appearances in films like "Om Shanti Om" and "Badhaai Do." Additionally, Nitesh was the founder of Dream Castle Productions, an independent production company.
