In a shocking revelation, it has been reported that Bill Gates' private family office, Gates Ventures, allegedly asked female job applicants sexually explicit questions during their interview process, according to an investigation.
The investigation claims that some female candidates were subjected to highly inappropriate questioning, including inquiries about their past sexual experiences, possession of intimate photos on their phones, preferences in pornography, and even whether they had sexually transmitted diseases.
Disturbingly, other applicants alleged being asked about engaging in exotic dancing or having extramarital affairs.
These explicit inquiries were reportedly conducted by a third-party security firm called Concentric Advisors, which specializes in working with family offices. The screenings, carried out over several years, also delved into sensitive areas such as past drug use.
Concentric Advisors defended its screening process, asserting that it aims to evaluate a candidate's truthfulness and vulnerability to potential blackmail. The company emphasized that not all information gathered during interviews is shared with clients or used in making employment decisions.
Gates Ventures has denied any knowledge of the explicit questioning, affirming that their hiring process maintains respect for each candidate and has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.
