In a coal businessman Abhishek Srivastava was shot 11 times in Pirra, located within the Ratu police station area of Ranchi district. The critically injured victim was rushed to Medica Hospital in Ranchi, where he died during treatment.
Upon receiving information about the incident on Thursday, the Ratu police reached the crime scene, initiating a thorough investigation into the matter. In response to this incident, police is actively conducting raids to solve the case.
Meanwhile, in the former CM of Jharkhand, and current BJP state president Babulal Marandi expressed his concern on social media. Marandi highlighted the incident as an exposure of Ranchi's poor law and order situation, criticizing the alleged lack of concrete steps taken by the police to ensure the safety of individuals, despite existing threats.
