Actress Kangana Ranaut, presently in Ayodhya for the upcoming Ram Temple consecration ceremony on January 22, immersed herself in religious activities ahead of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony for Ram Lalla. On Sunday, Kangana participated in a yagya and was seen sweeping the premises of a temple in the holy town, all while dressed in a traditional golden silk saree adorned with heavy gold jewelry and a prominent bindi.
The actress shared her activities on Instagram Stories, including a video of her performing community service by sweeping a small area of the temple floor. Kangana also posted pictures of herself participating in the yagya alongside saints and sages, expressing her excitement for the forthcoming event.
In a Hindi caption on Instagram, Kangana shared her joy for the upcoming event and wrote, "Everyone is happy to welcome Shri Ram in Ayodhya Dham. Tomorrow the king of Ayodhya is coming to his home after a long exile. Come my Ram, come my Ram." Kangana, who earlier praised the sculptor of Ram Lalla's idol in the temple, spoke about the significance of Ayodhya, comparing it to the Vatican for Christians. The versatile actress, last seen in "Tejas," will next portray late former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the film "Emergency."
