IMD warns of severe storms, hail, and heavy rain across Bengal; IPL opener at risk
Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA Uma Shankar Singh became the center of attention as he joined a group of lawmakers heading to the Ram temple in Ayodhya under the leadership of the assembly speaker. Singh, the sole BSP representative in the delegation, emphasized the non-politicization of the Ayodhya trip, stating that it was organized under the assembly speaker's guidance.
Addressing media queries, Singh expressed his party's secular stance, asserting that he would visit even if a mosque is constructed in Dhannipur, Ayodhya, in adherence to the BSP's secular principles. The BSP MLA, representing Rasara in Ballia, refrained from making comments on the absence of Samajwadi Party members from the delegation.
