Political unrest continues in Pakistan as supporters of former Prime Minister Imran Khan clashed with police in multiple cities, protesting against alleged rigging in the general elections held on February 8. The demonstrations, organized by Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, saw gatherings outside the Lahore Press Club and the PTI office on Jail Road in Lahore.
The protesters demanded the restoration of their allegedly stolen mandate and called for revised election results based on the counting of votes from Form 45, supervised by political party agents at polling stations.
