The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) made a sudden announcement on Monday, postponing the class 12 Chemistry exam to March 21. The exam, which was originally scheduled for today 2 pm, has been rescheduled due to what the board termed as “unforeseen circumstances”. Students were informed of this change through a public notice issued prior to the exam.
The ISC Year 2024 Chemistry Paper 1 (Theory) Examination, will now take place on March 21, 2024, at the same time. However, the CISCE has not yet provided specific details regarding the nature of the unforeseen circumstances that led to this decision.
This rescheduling comes amidst the ongoing ISC exams, which commenced on February 12 and are slated to continue until April 3. Students and schools have been advised to take note of the new date for the Chemistry exam and make necessary adjustments to their schedules accordingly.
