The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Bengal Police will now delve into the injury sustained by CM Mamata Banerjee at her residence. Kolkata Police Commissioner Vineet Kumar Goyal confirmed that the SIT, comprised of officers from various departments, will spearhead the investigation.
