Elvish Yadav, arrested by Noida Police on March 17, 2024, in connection with the snake venom case and was sent to 14-day judicial custody. However, just five days after his detention, Elvish Yadav was granted bail by the Gautam Budh Nagar district court. To secure his release, he furnished two sureties of ₹50,000 each, as confirmed by officials familiar with the matter.
In a recent development, a comprehensive 1200-page chargesheet was filed by the Noida Police against Elvish Yadav and eight others involved in the snake venom-rave party case. Shocking revelations emerged from the chargesheet. News reports reveal that the YouTuber used a virtual phone number to arrange snake venom at parties.
Allegedly, whenever there was a need for snake venom at the parties, Elvish would communicate through this virtual number, reaching out to his associate Vinay. Subsequently, Vinay would pass on the instructions to Ishwar, who would then make arrangements with the snake charmers.
Further investigations revealed that snake charmers would arrive at the designated party locations with their snakes, facilitated through the directions given by Elvish Yadav. The police have reportedly recovered Elvish's virtual number from the call records of Vinay.
