in Unaidpur village of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, a young man found himself at the center of controversy after allegedly urinating by the roadside. Reports indicate that as a girl passed by, she accused the man of deliberately exposing himself, leading to a confrontation with villagers. Angered by the allegations, the villagers proceeded to beat up the man before handing him over to the authorities. A case has been registered against the young man under sections 354, 352, 504, and 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The girl involved in the incident asserted that the man's actions were intentional, claiming he exposed himself and made objectionable gestures towards her. Despite the accused, identified as Ajit, denying the allegations and maintaining his innocence, the girl persisted in her accusations. She further accused Ajit of attempting to physically harm her and drag her away with malicious intent.
