Deepika Padukone celebrates self-care month with new skincare routine

Bollywood star Deepika Padukone is dedicating July to self-care, sharing her skincare routine and tips with fans on Instagram. In her latest series of posts, the actor delighted followers with new selfies and a heartfelt message about the importance of daily self-care.

“It’s Self-Care Month! But why celebrate ‘Self-Care Month’ when you can practice simple acts of Self-Care every day?” Deepika began in her caption. She emphasized that eating right, sleeping well, staying hydrated, and regular movement are essential for maintaining healthy skin. She also shared her three-step skincare routine: “Cleanse, Hydrate and Protect.”

Deepika revealed that once a week, she indulges in extra self-care activities, including a full body massage, a face mask, and a hair mask. She noted the importance of consistency and mindfulness in her routine. "I have been doing this consistently and mindfully as that is the only way I know," she admitted.

The actor also added a personal touch to her post, stating, “I’m not a picture/ selfie person so kindly appreciate the fact that I’m sharing soo many with you’ll! I'm even wondering when and why I took these!?” along with some laughing face emoticons. She shared her love for the background track used in her video, humorously acknowledging its widespread popularity.

In other news, Deepika Padukone is expecting her first child with actor-husband Ranveer Singh. She recently appeared in Nag Ashwin's blockbuster film, Kalki 2898 AD, alongside stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Shobana. The film has been a massive success, crossing the 1100 crore mark worldwide in its fifth week.
