An Air Dynasty helicopter crashed on Wednesday in the Shivpuri district of Nuwakot, Nepal resulting in the deaths of at least four people. The helicopter had departed from Kathmandu and was en route to Syaphrubensi when it lost contact three minutes after takeoff.
The helicopter was carrying five individuals: three passengers, one foreign national, and the pilot. Local sources at Tribhuvan International Airport confirmed the loss of communication shortly after departure.
This tragic incident follows a recent crash involving a Saurya Airlines plane at Tribhuvan International Airport, where 18 of the 19 people on board were killed.
Additionally, in 2019, another Air Dynasty helicopter crash claimed the lives of all seven people on board during a domestic chartered flight from Pathibhara Devi Temple to Chuhandanda.
