Speeding bus mows down pedestrian at MG Road more, driver flee
The West Bengal Government has undertaken a significant reshuffle, appointing three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to new roles within the state administration. IAS Bandana Pokhriyal has been appointed as the Commissioner of the Howrah Municipal Corporation.
IAS Smrutiranjan Mohanty has been appointed as the Director of Fisheries. Alongside this role, he has been given the additional responsibility of Managing Director of the State Fisheries Development Corporation.
IAS Dr. Vishwanath has been given additional charge as the Managing Director of the State Fisheries Development Corporation, in addition to his current position as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at NSATI.
