The singer stepped in to protect a fan who was mishandled by security when she tried to approach the stage. In the video, a woman attempts to get closer to Arijit during his performance, only to be grabbed by security. She explains that the singer had called for her, but the guards continued to restrain her by grabbing her neck.

Seeing this unfold, Arijit stopped his performance and addressed the crowd, pointing out that it was "not fair to grab somebody like that," especially around the neck. He requested the audience to remain calm and sit down, while apologizing to the fan, saying, "I am really sorry, ma'am. I wish I was there to protect you, but I could not." His response was met with cheers and applause from the crowd.

In another viral moment from the same tour, a fan placed food on the stage while Arijit was singing the popular "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" title track. Noticing the food, Arijit respectfully picked it up and handed it to his security, apologizing to the fan, and explaining that the stage was his "temple" and placing food there was inappropriate.
