Speeding bus mows down pedestrian at MG Road more, driver flee
Punjabi superstar and singer Diljit Dosanjh recently kicked off his Dil-Luminati India Tour with two electrifying performances at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi. Known for his high-energy shows and unique style, Diljit won over fans with his music—and with a touching gesture that made headlines. When a young fan, in an Instagram video, expressed her wish for Diljit to sing louder so she could hear from her house near the stadium, the singer responded by inviting her and her family to the concert, even providing fan pit passes.
The heartwarming moment was shared on Instagram by the girl's uncle, Kunal Sharma, who posted videos capturing the excitement from inside the venue. In one clip, Kunal is seen dancing with his niece, who sits joyfully on his shoulders as Diljit performs on stage. “Thank you Diljit sir for making our day by providing us fan pit passes,” read one caption on the video. Kunal expressed his gratitude to both Diljit and his Instagram followers, who helped connect them with the star.
In another post, Kunal humorously captioned, "Others: Tickets got sold in the first 2 minutes. Me and my niece be like: We got ours in the last hour. All thanks to Diljit paaji.” Earlier, in a video shared by Kunal, the young fan had called out from her balcony, “Diljit uncle, shout louder!” after catching a glimpse of the concert lights. Diljit re-shared the video on his Instagram Stories, responding, “Beta, come; I have tickets for you and your family.”
The Delhi shows were just the start of Diljit's highly anticipated India tour, with fans across the nation eagerly awaiting his performances. Having already thrilled audiences globally in countries like the US, Canada, and several European cities, Diljit will now perform in nine more cities across India, including Jaipur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, and Kolkata. The grand finale of the tour is set to be held in Guwahati on December 29.
