    Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) would be operating Bharat Gaurav special train Puri-Ganga Sagar Yatra in February. The pilgrimage would begin from February 16 and end on February 25 offering a package tour of nine nights and ten days.

    Under this, IRCTC would organise tours to visit Jagannath Temple and Konark Sun Temple in Puri, Ganga Sagar Tirtha, Kali Mata Temple in Kolkata, Baijnathdham Jyotirlinga in Baijnath, Mahabodhi Temple and Vishnupad Temple in Gaya and Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Corridor in Varanasi. According to chief regional manager, IRCTC, Lucknow, Ajeet Kumar Sinha, the boarding facility is available from Aligarh, Tundla, Etawah, Kanpur and Lucknow.

    The package includes 3AC class travel, breakfast and vegetarian lunch and dinner, local sightseeing by non-AC buses. The cost of the package for one person’s stay in superior is Rs 34390. The cost of package for two/three persons staying together is Rs 26450 (per person). The cost of the package for one person’s stay in standard budget is Rs 30270 and cost of package for two/three persons staying together is Rs 23280 (per person).

    LTC facility is also available in this category. Booking can be done from IRCTC office, Lucknow and from IRCTC website, he added.
