West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee, took to Twitter to congratulate the candidates who cleared the Civil Services Examination of 2022 and expressed her delight at the significant representation of women, comprising 34% of the successful candidates.

Notably, the top four ranks were secured by women, highlighting their capabilities and breaking gender barriers.

Banerjee emphasized the importance of women stepping forward, setting examples of values, discouraging harassment, and fostering equality in society.

She called upon successful candidates to inspire young girls to fight for their rights and contribute to a stronger India.
