Four people jump from first floor of burning building in Delhi; 11 fire tenders on spot

A massive fire broke out in a residential building in the Bhajanpura area of Northeast Delhi early Tuesday morning, triggering panic among residents trapped inside the house. The blaze reportedly began in the parking area on the ground floor where several four-wheeled vehicles were parked, and quickly intensified within minutes.

As the flames spread rapidly, thick smoke engulfed the building and reached the upper floors, leaving residents struggling to find a safe escape. The fast-moving fire created a chaotic situation inside the house as people attempted to flee the spreading blaze.

Four individuals trapped on the first floor were forced to jump from the building in an attempt to save themselves. They sustained injuries during the fall and were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Fire services responded swiftly after receiving information about the incident. A total of eleven fire tenders reached the spot and began relief and rescue operations to bring the situation under control and ensure the safety of other residents.
