Filmmaker Anik Dutta has passed away after reportedly falling from a high-rise residential building in the Gariahat area of Kolkata. According to reports, he fell from the terrace of the building and was later taken to a hospital in Dhakuria, where he died. Reports stated that Anik Dutta had been suffering from health-related issues for the past few years and regularly required nebulizer support. He had reportedly been living separately from his wife for a considerable period, while his daughter studies outside Kolkata.
